The House Without a Name (Lea Gate, Harwood) has a new lease of life.

After being closed for a short spell, the pub has been taken over by Jon Nolan and Bethany Grundy, and they bring their many years of experience to the No Name.

The pub now has six handpumps. Currently four of them are serving Holts Best Bitter, Courage Best, Timothy Taylor Landlord and Robinsons Unicorn. The remaining two handpumps are reserved for rotating guest ales – previous offerings include  Greene King IPA, Sharp’s Doom Bar, Adnams Southwold Bitter, Thwaites’ Original, Boddingtons Cask, Robinsons Dizzy Blonde & Copper Dragon Golden Pippin to name but a few.

It is great news for Bolton drinkers that the pub is remaining open and still serving cask ales, and Bolton CAMRA wishes Jon and Bethany every success at the No Name.
